30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used powdered supplements.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at mail@dexxnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide:
- A return shipping label (if applicable)
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Note: Do not send back items before contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Products
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mail@dexxnutrition.com. We’ll assess the issue and offer a refund, replacement, or repair as required under Australian Consumer Law.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Opened or used supplements
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order products
- Perishable goods or food items that are not shelf-stable
- Personal care products once opened

Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the product (if eligible), and place a new order for the correct product once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to complete the refund process.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at mail@dexxnutrition.com.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
