Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM AEST may be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide from our facility in Main Ridge, VIC.

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Note: Rural or remote areas may take longer to receive deliveries.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Important: Any customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order size and location.

We may offer free standard shipping during promotional periods or above certain order values. This will be clearly shown at checkout when applicable.

Carriers Used

We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:

  • Australia Post
  • Sendle
  • Aramex (Fastway)
  • Other couriers depending on location

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues
  • Severe weather
  • Customs inspections
  • High seasonal demand

Dexx Nutrition is not responsible for delays once the order is handed to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect address information
  • Lost parcels due to incorrect delivery information
  • Additional costs to re-ship returned items

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking shows the item was delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Double-check your address and delivery location
  • Look around your property or ask neighbours
  • Contact the courier using your tracking number

If you’re still unable to locate the package, email us at mail@dexxnutrition.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unclaimed parcel
  • Refused delivery

We may offer to reship the order at your expense or refund your order minus the original shipping cost. Please contact us to discuss reshipment options.
